Bornite
Bornite is an important economic mineral which is mined for copper. The surfaces of the mineral are bright metallic purple mixed with orange, yellow and red. It is commonly known as “peacock ore”. Bornite is found in South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Swaziland.
